Iowa Kidstrong is also in the process of developing a “5K Club” for youth ages 9 to 14. This will be a virtual training program for youth offering various benefits as they train for and complete 5k races and fun runs in the community. The club will focus mainly on participation although club members will self-determine their level of competitiveness.
